A web based interactive platform designed to enhance south:south dynamics and north:south cross-collaboration in cancer education, research and practice.

Initiated in March of 2003, with the support of an International Cancer Research and Technology Transfer (ICRETT) award administered by the UICC (Geneva, Switzerland) and with federal funds from the National Cancer Institute, National Institutes of Health (USA), under Contract NO2-CO_91012.
