Afri-Can-ArtSM (a contraction of African Historicity, Cancer Education and primitive African Art) is the subsidiary and public advocacy platform of Cancer-AfricaSM: primitive African masks are employed as mascots in recognition of their pivotal contributions to the single most powerful and influential avant-garde art movement in the history of modern art (Cubism) which presaged 'late/reflexive modernity' (i.e. contemporary world affaires – international relations) particularly with respect to the fact that objects (social institutions included) are broken up, analyzed, and re-assembled in an abstracted form— such that they depict a multitude of viewpoints and represent the greater context.
