Registering as a voluntary contributor to the Afri-Can-Art SM web log and forum constitutes a warrant that any Work(s) I create pursuant to this agreement are original and do not infringe any intellectual property rights or violate any laws related to libel, privacy, or otherwise. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cancer-Africa LLC in any action arising out of, or relating to, these representations and warranties. I understand that all submissions are subject to editorial approval. Cancer-Africa LLC reserves the right to delete any submissions that infringe on any intellectual property rights or violate any laws related to libel, privacy or otherwise. Registered contributors retain every copyright rights associated with their submissions. All substantive submissions would be considered for the “guest lecture” presentation at the annual closing ceremony [beginning December 2008] of Cancer-Africa LLC. Submissions would be judged on objective criteria - the number of “hits”, “comments” - and subjective criteria – the level of engagement and meaning.
